Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic goal development for compensation
• Collaborate with healthcare unions and industry stakeholders
• Oversee governance of classification and compensation systems
• Facilitate implementation of strategic compensation plans
• Prepare business cases for industry compensation surveys
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 10-15 years of senior leadership in healthcare sector
• CPHR designation is an asset
• Strong facilitation and negotiation proficiency
• Adaptability to manage rapid change in environments
