As a key part of the finance team, the Accounts Payable Clerk will report to the Accounts Payable Supervisor. Key Responsibilities:
• Process invoices, requisitions, and credit memos efficiently
• Contribute to seamless payment processes within the finance team
• Match and code vendor invoices per company guidelines




• Reconcile statements and maintain accuracy in financial data
• Respond to inquiries concerning accounts from vendors

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience preferred
• Solid understanding of accounting principles
