This role involves replacing webbing, springs, and furniture components. As an experienced Upholsterer, you will lay out, cut, and fabricate upholstery while working with various hand and power tools. Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail are critical as you tackle a variety of repair tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Replace worn-out furniture parts like springs and webbing
• Cut, lay out, and fabricate upholstery materials
• Repair and refinish furniture frames and wood surfaces
• Operate sewing machines or sew by hand
• Install ornamental trim, braids, or buttons
Requirements:
• Experience in furniture upholstery and repair shop
• Ability to handle heavy loads up to 45 kg
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity
• Must own transportation for commuting
• Capability to distinguish colors accurately
