We design and manufacture next‑generation aircraft engines that power the world’s largest fleet of business, general aviation, and regional aircraft and helicopters.About the RoleIn the Customs Operations team, you will be responsible for financial processes related to customs operations. Your major responsibilities include performing analysis to evaluate financial impact, compiling information for all PWC entities worldwide, working closely with brokers to monitor daily fees, generating reports per site and product, defining KPIs, and providing data related to trade and mitigation opportunities.What will your day‑to‑day look like?Perform analysis to evaluate financial impact and generate information for all PWC entities worldwideBased on data analysis, define, categorize and implement action plans to minimize exposure of PWC and its subsidiaries to tariffsMaintain and optimize KPI related to performance of the customs processesImplement actions, document processes, and establish procedures with customs broker and customersDistribute information to brokers and load values into systems such as SAP and WebConManage reporting and analysis of tariff impacts from export and import activities mainly for Canadian and US entitiesCollaborate with audit team to ensure post‑entry corrections are made accurately and within required timelines after clearanceConduct internal audits to ensure broker complianceDevelop and maintain a controlled system to automate customs KPIsParticipate in process mappings,



quality clinics and define problem‑resolution plans and implement them to closureParticipate in departmental continuous improvement projects by conducting data analysis and following up on action plansSupport identification of process and system gaps and automate resolutions when applicableKeep abreast of customs compliance and legislationDevelop and maintain the Custom Compliance ManualDocument critical work instructions and key processes required for customs operationsMaintain records of all customs related data for internal customer inquiriesWhat do you need to be successful?University degree in Aeronautics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or comparable field, with 5 years of experience in industrial logistics and customs compliance, or a degree in Business, Operations or Engineering with 2 years of experience in industrial logistics and customsStrong analytical skills and proficiency with Power BI and other analytics toolsExperience in process mapping and continuous improvementKnowledge of customs operationsKnowledge of the aeronautics industry and related engineering, operations, supply management, and logistics functionsBilingual (French and English)Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle time‑critical issues and conflicting prioritiesAbility to collaborate effectively with different departments on siteStrong customer‑relationship and interpersonal skills with a sense of urgency and adaptability to changeAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Power BILicensed Customs Broker (LCB) and/or Certified Export Specialist (CES) – assetKnowledge of SAP/ERP software – assetWhat do we offer?Pension and savings plan with employer contributionsGroup insurance programOpportunities for career advancementMerit or recognition programHealth and wellness program, including virtual health careRecreational and sports clubNearby daycaresTransportation accessibility or public transit program and free parkingWork LocationLongueuil (Canada).
