To support that challenge, theVegetable Seeds Sales team is seeking a Technical Sales Representativein South Ontario. This is a remote position that is based in Leamington, ON, or Kingsville, ON, Canada (South Ontario). What will you do:

Direct or correspondent responsibility for the management of the client's account and customer service throughout the assigned area. Reach the sales budget for the assigned area. Identify the growth potential of key customers. Identify and exploit new business opportunities within the assigned area. Develop a network of local influencers for recommendations and anticipate changes in the market. Forecasting of product sales, market demands and market trends within the assigned area. Generate demand in the field through a plan that includes tests, field days and training with local growers and technicians.



Constant communication with the customer service to verify inventories and the distribution of products in order to guarantee timely delivery to customers Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Science and/or Business High-tech greenhouse growing relevant experience A minimum of 2years of relevant experience Knowledge and experience with the role’s main crops: tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers Must have valid passport Intermediate/advanced management of MS Office (Excel) We offer a competitive basesalaryand annual incentive bonus potential combined with challenging and meaningful work, learning and career development opportunities anda great teamenvironment.
