What You’ll Do
Accurately enter and transpose invoice and shipment data into internal systems




Monitor internal communications and respond to incoming requests in a timely manner
Track down missing documents and ensure complete files
Generate accurate billing and invoicing for customs entries
Back up reception duties and assist clients when needed
Support the customs analyst team with data-driven insights and documentation handling
Collaborate closely with colleagues to uphold our service standards
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
What You’ll Bring
High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent mix of education and experience
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with a strong accuracy rate
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written, verbal, and visual instructions
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Professional and friendly communication style, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
