Extendicare is seeking a part time Registered Nurse to provide direct resident care, administer medications, and document care in alignment with regulatory and company standards.
You will collaborate with the DHW/DOC and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans, supervise unregulated care providers, respond to changes in resident conditions, and participate in infection prevention and quality initiatives.
