Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance seeks a Registered Nurse for the Integrated Stroke Unit/Telemetry in Stratford, ON. This on-site, regular part time role involves coordinating care, monitoring telemetry, and collaborating within an interdisciplinary team.
Required are active RN registration in Ontario and ACLS certification, with strong communication, critical thinking, and documentation abilities. HOOPP and extended health/dental benefits are provided for eligible staff.
