In this permanent full-time role, you will serve as a critical point of contact for all pension and benefits inquiries. Collaboration with HR, Payroll, and benefit carriers is essential to deliver exceptional employee services. You will support their experience through the entire employment lifecycle, emphasizing data accuracy in Workday and enhancing enrichment programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer employee benefits and pension throughout employment
• Audit and maintain accuracy of benefits records in Workday
• Guide employees through enrollment and coverage options




• Conduct audits on pension and benefits data regularly
• Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field
• 2-4 years experience in benefits or pension administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of HR legislation and practices
• Experience with Workday or HRIS platforms
