Bally's Intralot seeks an experienced Senior IT Support Specialist in Toronto to provide exceptional technical support. This onsite role focuses on securing and managing Windows and Mac systems for our stakeholders and VIP users.

In this position, you will take ownership of support requests using Jira while effectively collaborating with the IT team. Your expertise with Microsoft deployment tools will be pivotal in optimizing device management and ensuring compliance with security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer support for VIPs and stakeholders
• Record support interactions in Jira helpdesk
• Manage OS builds for Windows 11 and Mac OS
• Administer tools for identity/access management
• Collaborate on system rollouts and deployments

Requirements:
• Experience with Windows 11 and Mac OS X
• Proficient in using Autopilot and JAMF for deployments
• Effective communicator with senior stakeholders
• Solid organizational skills in problem solving
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
