As a Claims Representative II at CGIC, you will play a critical role in the Accident Benefit Claims Department. This full time position demands expertise in claims handling, analytical skills, and effective communication. With a focus on client service culture, your daily responsibilities include interacting with clients and managing challenging Accident Benefit claims.

Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and negotiate complex automobile Accident Benefit claims
• Collaborate with medical and treatment providers for case management
• Manage files in defense litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution




• Coach and support the claims team technically
• Deliver exceptional client service aligned with quality standards

Requirements:
• 3+ years in P&C; liability claims handling or similar field
• Post-secondary degree or diploma required
• Progress towards CIP or Medical Rehabilitation designation
• Understanding of accident benefits insurance coverage preferred
• Provincial adjuster license(s) as required
