JYSK Canada is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join our team in Coquitlam, BC, focusing on our diverse commercial real estate portfolio. Utilize your Yardi Breeze proficiency to enhance lease management and tenant relations.

This full-time position requires strong organizational and tech skills, plus over 4 years of relevant experience. You will help supervise leased properties, maintain accurate data records, and liaise with tenants while supporting our internal Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Yardi Breeze operations for lease administration and updates
• Monitor key lease agreements and critical deadlines vigilantly
• Process property data and digital lease audits efficiently




• Respond to maintenance needs and manage vendor relationships
• Compile portfolio reports for executive management

Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of commercial property management experience
• In-depth knowledge of Yardi Breeze for all modules
• Solid skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective interpersonal communication skills
• Flexibility to travel for site audits and inspections
