As the IRS Supervisor, you will oversee the cultural support team, collaborating with the Cultural Manager on health programming initiatives. This role involves directing activities, proposal writing, and ensuring the success of cultural programs in La Ronge's diverse community. Your leadership will be vital for enhancing community health and traditional practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage administrative aspects of the IRS Program
• Assign tasks and develop community engagement schedules
• Ensure documentation aligns with program requirements
• Track and follow up on cultural activities and reports
• Liaise with health professionals and community organizations
Requirements:
• Certificate in Social Work or a health-related field
• At least two years of supervisory experience
• Experience in community development and health promotion
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and travel ability
