Our purpose-built, fully accessible clinic brings together a collaborative team of physiotherapists, massage therapists, kinesiologists, counsellors, pelvic health therapists and hand therapists who are passionate about helping people move better, recover from injury, and live healthier lives.

This is an opportunity to build and grow your massage therapy practice within an established multidisciplinary clinic known for delivering exceptional client care throughout the Kootenays. You'll collaborate closely with experienced rehabilitation professionals while maintaining the autonomy to develop your own style of practice and clinical interests.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available based on your goals and clinic needs, with the potential for additional opportunities at our sister clinic, Kootenay Therapy Center in Cranbrook.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).
Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.
Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.
Are You the Right Fit? Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
1–2+ years of clinic experience (preferred; new grads are encouraged to apply!).
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
