This position directly reports to the Controller and supervises one accounts payable coordinator. You will oversee vendor inquiries, invoice processing, and assist with financial reporting and month-end close. Ideal candidates should possess a detail-oriented mindset and have a robust foundation in accounts payable operations and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain vendor master records in ERP system
• Resolve vendor inquiries and payment discrepancies
• Schedule payment processes via checks, EFT, and wire transfers
• Post payments accurately into general ledgers




• Prepare AP ageing reports and assist in reconciliation

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• Over 5 years of accounts payable or accounting experience
• Experience managing high-volume invoice processing
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills for vendor and team interactions
