We are recruiting a Registered Nurse for our 2C Medicine Unit at Burnaby Hospital. This role involves assessing patients, planning interventions, and working closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care. You will also help implement the hospital's modernization plans while advocating for patient rights and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patients and determine appropriate nursing interventions
• Develop and update patient care plans with family involvement
• Delegate tasks and coordinate care effectively
• Provide education on illness prevention and health restoration
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• Completion of an approved Nursing program
• Valid registration with the BCCNM
• Proficient in patient assessment skills
