In this essential role, you'll report to the Plant Manager and direct all maintenance efforts for the FORGE Sombra facility. Your focus will be on developing a comprehensive maintenance program that encompasses corrective, preventative, and predictive strategies. Leveraging outside resources, you will ensure all maintenance activities are performed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote teamwork and learning organization principles
• Act as On-Call manager for day-to-day operations
• Implement best practices for maintenance operations




• Assist in budgeting and monitor ongoing expenditures
• Train and certify staff through operational evaluations

Requirements:
• Technical degree in engineering or a related field
• 10-15 years of management experience in maintenance
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Exceptional time and priority management
• Ability to develop and validate operational procedures
