OZZ Electric BC is seeking experienced Lead Hands to contribute to key projects across the lower mainland. This role demands a Journeyperson Electrician ticket and hands-on experience in high-rise and commercial construction. You’ll oversee the installation of electrical equipment while ensuring safety compliance and mentoring apprentices on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install electrical equipment per blueprints and codes
• Monitor installed equipment for hazards and adjustments
• Mentor apprentices and Journeypersons in the field




• Manage safety documentation and hazard assessments
• Conduct toolbox talks and incident investigations

Requirements:
• Valid Journeyperson Electrician ticket (Red Seal)
• Experience in high-rise and commercial construction
• Robust knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Field Safety Representative ticket is an asset
