Bayshore HealthCare's Bayshore Home Care Solutions (Hamilton) is seeking a compassionate Palliative Shift Nurse to join the team serving Greater Hamilton and Burlington. You’ll provide end-of-life and supportive care in clients’ homes, with autonomy in care planning and focus on direct patient time.
Requirements include nursing registration with the CNO, 1–2 years of relevant community or palliative care experience, and a valid G2/G Driver’s license with access to a vehicle for local travel.
