Take on the role of Occupational Therapist I at Bar V Nook Manor, supported by Assisted Living Alberta. Empower clients through tailored therapeutic interventions focused on improving daily living skills.

In this position, you will serve as a direct service provider, consultant, and educator, engaging with clients to enhance their independence and foster meaningful participation in life activities. Your expertise will be essential in assessing, diagnosing, and implementing individualized treatment plans collaboratively with clients and families. Supervision of therapy support staff is also a key responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive services from assessment to treatment
• Engage clients and families in rehabilitation planning




• Implement evidence-informed occupational therapy practices
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary health care team
• Provide clinical supervision to Therapy Assistants and Aides

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Registration with Alberta College of Occupational Therapists
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle for travel as needed
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
