As a Commissioning Expert, you will leverage your HVAC knowledge to solve technical challenges for Oxygen8's ERV and DOAS systems. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and a minimum of 2 years experience in HVAC controls or commissioning. You will create and deliver technical training while maintaining effective communication with customers and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide remote support through various platforms
• Travel for critical startups and customer training
• Troubleshoot and resolve BAS and mechanical issues
• Develop training documentation and manuals
• Lead technical training sessions for staff and customers

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in HVAC or BAS support
• Technical degree in related field desirable
• Proficient in BACnet and Modbus
