What Makes This Role Different:
Steady, dependable year-round work supporting agriculture
Regional routes (typically 2-4 nights away/week)

The Reality
This is one of the more physically demanding roles in the industry.
You'll be:
Operating tractors and livestock trailers
Loading and unloading livestock daily
Working outdoors in all conditions
Driving rural routes and gravel roads
Running productive, full workdays
This role isn't a fit for drivers who:
Prefer a "drive-only" role
Prefer minimal physical work
What we're looking for:
Valid Class 1 License
Comfortable handling livestock and physical work (lifting up to 50lbs, bending/crawling)
Safety-focused an dependable driver
Livestock experience is an asset (we will train the right person)
What we offer:
Average first year earnings of $75,000. Increased earnings come with experience and comfort in the role.
Minimum pay agreement in place for first 6-months
Quarterly safe driving bonus starting at 6-months
Health, Dental & Vision Perks at 3 months
At this time, this role is open to drivers who already have authorization to work in Canada. Unfortunately, we?re not able to support LMIA or RCIP applications for this position.
