In this strategic role, you will work closely with alumni to develop programs that enhance their connection to the University and its current students. The position requires effective communication, event planning, and budget management skills. Your work will directly contribute to the goals of University Advancement and enhance alumni satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate recruitment and training for alumni volunteers
• Complete needs assessments for alumni programs
• Monitor and propose updates to existing initiatives




• Manage program budgets and financial forecasts
• Organize events for alumni and the University community

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required, McMaster degree preferred
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Familiarity with alumni databases and communication tools
