In this position, you will actively support HR and safety functions in a rapid-paced setting. Responsibilities encompass maintaining HR records, conducting interviews, and overseeing WSIB claims. Your coordination of safety training and involvement in employee relations will foster a culture of safety and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage HR records and employee relations activities
• Conduct interviews, terminations, and return-to-work planning
• Handle WSIB claims and safety training documentation




• Facilitate Joint Health & Safety Committee meetings
• Support incident investigations and reporting processes

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in HR and Health & Safety roles
• Business Administration degree or diploma preferred
• Certifications in Joint Health and Safety (Parts 1 and 2)
• Strong knowledge of WSIB and safety regulations
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
