In your role at FNHA, you will engage with organizational leaders to assess and fulfill their recruitment needs while also auditing and improving existing processes. Your expertise in full-cycle recruitment will be vital for attracting top talent to fulfill hard-to-fill positions, all while adhering to FNHA's commitment to increasing First Nations, Inuit, and Métis workforce representation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruitment initiatives for FNHA
• Collaborate with department heads on recruitment strategies
• Proactively source candidates using advanced networking techniques
• Update recruitment standards and operational procedures
• Participate in audits and systems investigations for improvements
Requirements:
• HR degree plus 5 to 7 years’ experience in recruitment
• APRC or CHRP membership an asset
• Proven success in high-volume recruitment environments
• Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders
• Familiarity with behavioral interviewing methods
