Cyclic Materials is seeking a skilled Cost Accountant to drive financial efficiency and insight in our manufacturing operations across Canada and the US. Engage closely with the plant floor to enhance inventory integrity and cost visibility.

This position will require expertise in cost accounting, particularly within industrial manufacturing. You will lead the standard cost system, analyze production variances, and directly support inventory reconciliations. Partnering with Operations and Supply Chain teams, you'll leverage production data to improve margins and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and enhance the standard cost system across all materials
• Prepare monthly production variance analyses
• Oversee month-end close activities accurately and timely




• Conduct inventory reconciliation and cycle-count analysis
• Analyze profitability for pricing and capacity planning decisions

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 4-5 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing
• Proficient in standard costing and inventory valuation
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics – Business Central
• Solid analytical and communication skills
