As part of our Substations team, this role requires expertise in developing cost estimates, assessing materials, and analyzing subcontractor quotes. Your ability to present estimates for management review and ensure profitable contract execution is vital. You will collaborate closely with engineering and contribute to project planning sessions with valuable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive estimates through project site visits
• Validate outsourced estimates with engineering support




• Incorporate historical data into cost models
• Prepare written deliverables for bid submissions
• Assist in developing preliminary project schedules

Requirements:
• 5 years’ utility construction experience or 3 years’ estimating experience
• Proficiency in InEight Estimating Software
• Robust technical knowledge of estimating practices
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
• Understanding of construction documentation
