Reporting directly to the Controller, this position is pivotal in supporting daily operations and month-end closing activities. The Accounting Analyst will prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and manage employee expenses while ensuring financial accuracy. With a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement, this role offers exposure to private equity processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and post journal entries including accruals
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances




• Process employee expense reports and petty cash transactions
• Support monthly close process and prepare working papers
• Assist in year-end audit process and documentation

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance
• 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
