Become a pivotal force in infrastructure development with Alberta Infrastructure as a Contract and Procurement Specialist based in Edmonton. This role focuses on overseeing Public-Private Partnerships to boost project delivery.

In this full-time position, you will leverage your expertise in alternative capital financing and stakeholder engagement to facilitate successful infrastructure initiatives. Responsibilities include managing budget evaluations and analyzing P3 opportunities, ensuring adherence to the Alberta Public-Private Partnership Framework while collaborating with various ministries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Explore financing options for infrastructure projects
• Oversee budgets and accounting for P3 initiatives
• Develop and manage RFQ and RFP processes




• Evaluate existing projects to derive lessons learned
• Research P3 best practices for applicability in Alberta

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
• 4 years of progressive experience in procurement
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities
• Knowledge of the Public-Private Partnership Framework
• Proven capacity for cooperative problem-solving
