As a Talent and Employee Experience Support Partner, you will collaborate with the Employee Experience team to assist in various talent acquisition activities. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and facilitating diversity initiatives. You will handle data management, provide support for programs, and ensure a positive candidate experience through timely feedback and engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruitment initiatives and onboarding processes
• Support data management and HR Master Data updates




• Coordinate job postings and manage internal/external inquiries
• Facilitate in-person and virtual interviews
• Administer the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing and screening

Requirements:
• Minimum two years' HR experience with a recruitment focus
• Robust knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
• Valid G class driver’s license required
• High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
