We are looking for an OCM Project Manager to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced organizational change management professional to drive successful project outcomes, in a fully remote role based in Toronto, Ontario.

Responsibilities

Lead organizational change management (OCM) strategy and execution for key projects and initiatives

Develop change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, communications, and training strategies

Partner with project teams to align change management activities with overall project timelines

Assess change impacts and readiness across affected teams and business units

Present project updates, plans, and change impacts to mid- to senior-level leadership teams

Identify risks related to adoption and develop mitigation strategies

Support training development and delivery to ensure successful adoption of new processes/systems





Measure and report on change management effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

7+ years of project management experience

Experience in retail environments strongly preferred

Proven experience presenting to mid- to senior-level leadership teams

Strong understanding of organizational change management methodologies and best practices

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fully remote setting
