Aviva Canada is seeking a Litigation Clerk to support one lawyer in accident benefits matters and related tort litigation tasks in our Ontario offices. You will prepare legal documents, manage discovery materials, and coordinate with counsel and claims teams to protect client interests.
The role requires 3+ years as a legal assistant or law clerk in insurance defence or personal injury. We offer a hybrid work model, competitive salary, and solid career development opportunities.
