This position within ONC’s Corporate Services group supports ocean discovery initiatives through system administration. Reporting to the IT Architect and Team Lead, you'll address IT operational challenges and assist with the setup of user computing systems. Flexibility to work outside office hours may be required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Address operational computing issues efficiently
• Configure and support user devices and systems
• Facilitate audiovisual teleconferencing services
• Develop and maintain expertise in new technologies
• Collaborate with team members on IT projects

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
• Minimum 3-5 years of system administration experience
• Experience in MS Windows, OSX, and Linux
• Familiarity with VMware and networking
• Valid class 5 driver’s license
