Key Responsibilities:
• Develop personalized opportunities tailored to client needs
• Assess employment and training requirements for clients
• Create and execute effective Service Plans




• Facilitate skill-building workshops to enhance client employability
• Monitor employment retention for clients post-placement

Requirements:
• College Diploma in a relevant field required
• At least 1-year related experience is necessary
• Familiarity with MS Office and databases is key
• Access to reliable transportation is preferred
• Capacity to handle vicarious traumatic stress
