$77,422.00 - $107,500.00/Year(Salary Under Review)

The results of this process will be used to staff future positions with similar qualifications and various tenures including term, acting, assignment and indeterminate. Who can apply? Who you are:
You are comfortable working with quantitative and qualitative information from multiple sources, identifying trends and inconsistencies, and presenting your findings in a way that is meaningful to various audiences. You take pride in the quality and accuracy of your work and understand that reliable information is essential to effective program oversight.

You can manage several reporting cycles, projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail. You build collaborative relationships, and work across organizational boundaries to obtain the information needed to deliver results.

What you’ll do?

As a member of the team, you will help strengthen the Directorate’s planning, monitoring, reporting and information-management functions. You will serve as an important link between operational teams, management and corporate service areas by ensuring that Directorate information is complete, accurate, well organized and available when needed.

Your responsibilities will be:

Program and Project Coordination.

Data Analysis and Decision Support.

Performance and Corporate Reporting.

Information Management and Reporting Tools.

Essential Qualifications:
Education: A university degree in a related field (e.g., business, economics, finance, data analytics, social sciences, science, or engineering), or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.

Language Requirements: English essential

Experience:

Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources.

Preparing reports, dashboards, presentations, and briefing materials to support decision-making.

Coordinating activities and deliverables with multiple stakeholders while managing competing priorities.

Using data analysis tools to maintain datasets, identify trends and issues, and support planning, reporting,



resource management, workforce planning.

Supporting project management activities, including but not limited to, tracking, coordinating deliverables, and monitoring progress.

Knowledge of:

Techniques for analyzing and presenting quantitative and qualitative information.

Planning, monitoring and performance-reporting principles and processes.

Information-management and data-governance practices, including data integrity, consistency, traceability and version control.

Project management principles and methodologies.

Methods and tools for developing data-driven management products and presenting complex information through reports, dashboards, charts, tables, and briefings.

Proficiency using Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel.

Ability to:

Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with various stakeholders.

Communicate complex data and technical or operational information clearly to diverse audiences.

Manage competing priorities and deliver results within multiple deadlines.

Exercise sound judgment in validating information and resolving issues.

Experience supporting corporate or organizational planning and reporting processes.

Experience using Microsoft Power BI, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Operational Needs:

All CNSC staff are subject to the Mobility Directive.

Overtime: Overtime may be required.
