• Assist with reservations and wellness service bookings
• Provide thoughtful recommendations tailored to guest needs
• Track and log requests accurately within Opera
• Collaborate with operational teams for seamless service
Requirements:
• Luxury hospitality or concierge experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on service quality
• Calm multitasking ability under pressure
• Experience with OPERA Cloud is a bonus
