In this pivotal role, you will lead the accounting function within the Residential division. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily accounting operations, managing reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards. Solid leadership and detail-oriented skills are vital for this position as you will be fostering collaboration across internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily financial transactions for Canadian and US operations
• Manage reconciliation processes and resolve discrepancies
• Lead month-end and year-end accounting activities




• Collaborate with auditors and internal teams for compliance
• Identify automation opportunities for accounting processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA is a plus
• 5+ years of accounting experience; 2-3 years in leadership
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and internal controls
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks under deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi Voyager preferred
