A Receptionist is the dealerships first point of contact with customers and possess excellent communication and multitasking skills, and a positive attitude. They will welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone and direct their needs to the appropriate department or staff member who may assist them.

We would require our candidate to work Tuesday evenings from 4:30pm - 9:00pm, Friday shifts from 3:00 - 9:00pm, and Saturday shifts from 8:00am - 6:00pm
Remuneration: $17 per hour
Job Duties:
Ensure all telephone calls are answered promptly, courteously and professionally.

Greet walk-in customers and assist them as required.





Receive and document payment tendered by customers on behalf of sales, service and parts department.

Maintain an organized work space.

Data entry as required.

General filing as required.

Must maintain a qualified appearance.
Additional duties as required.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Successful Candidates Possess:
1-3 years relevant experience

Good organizational skills

Outgoing, friendly personality

Effective verbal and listening communication skills

Basic computer skills

Ability to multi-task

Must be willing to submit a background check prior to employment
