In this vital position, you will oversee the performance metrics for direct reports and integrate business plans effectively. With a focus on asset management and operational budgets, you will communicate with other business units regarding their impacts on asset condition. Additionally, your role involves the development of regulatory business cases and alignment with EPCOR’s Environmental, Social, and Governance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop operational capacities based on asset condition and risk levels
• Align business plans and performance deliverables for the team
• Plan and identify operational budget requirements
• Communicate asset condition impacts to business units
• Analyze operational performance for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Qualified Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 10 years of experience in Transmission & Substation Engineering
• Extensive knowledge of utility operations across business units
• Strong understanding of CIP and non-CIP NERC Standards
• Proven capability to analyze and solve problems effectively
