Create the solutions that will enable a better tomorrow
In this role, you will be challenged to work every day on some of the most advanced bridge and infrastructure projects. You will be exposed to projects in North America working with colleagues across the globe who are highly skilled and deliver innovative solutions.

You will plan, develop and oversee engineering inputs such as designs, inspections, evaluations, rehabilitations, engineering services during construction and constructability of structure designs. In addition, you will be responsible for interfacing with Contractor erection and construction engineering teams, checking and reviewing construction engineering submissions, developing concepts and approaches for temporary works, and making key technical decisions. Research and review design options for both technical and financial impact
Liaise with other professionals, clients, and third parties as needed
Your skills. Our team. Together we design the future
The first step to success in this role is that you are eager to collaborate with the people around you, whether they are colleagues, partners or customers. Developing ties with others is something you do by acting respectfully and delivering on your promises, and you never get set in your ways but keep exploring new insights and ways to improve.
On top of that you will:
Hold a Bachelor or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with a minimum of 8 years of related industry experience in Bridge Design/Construction
Be a registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario, or can obtain within 12 months of employment
