Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and post monthly journal entries and financial reports
• Analyze financial data to ensure completeness
• Support various business units with financial insights




• Prepare balance sheet and income statement reconciliations
• Ensure timely trust account reconciliations and audits

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Finance or related fields
• 2-3 years of experience in general accounting
• Progress towards Chartered Professional Accounting Designation
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Yardi Voyager is beneficial
• Excellent organization and communication skills
