You will actively engage in coaching and developing a dynamic team of sales professionals to enhance customer satisfaction and boost sales performance.

• Own the pre-owned sales performance and customer experience
• Efficiently manage inventory turnover and profitability

• Participate in deal negotiations and appraisals directly
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to enhance sales

Requirements:
• Significant experience in pre-owned vehicle sales management
• Proven skills in pricing, inventory management, and valuations
• Strong understanding of current automotive market conditions
• Record of achieving sales and profit objectives
• Valid driver’s license and OMVIC registration
