The Public Service Commission of Nova Scotia seeks a Corporate Compensation Consultant to provide expert guidance on compensation solutions and strategies for the public sector. Focus on impactful decision-making.

In this role, you'll work closely with HR and various client departments, ensuring the effective design and application of compensation plans. You will conduct comprehensive market analyses and lead pay adjustment reviews that shape strategic decision-making in compensation. This is an opportunity to influence the future of compensation across diverse government sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with clients to assess compensation needs
• Lead comprehensive compensation project initiatives
• Analyze and present market data affecting compensation




• Offer recommendations on pay relativity and structures
• Conduct detailed audits of compensation plans

Requirements:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in a related field
• At least three years' relevant compensation experience
• Solid analytical abilities, particularly in Excel
• Capacity for effective communication and persuasion
• Commitment to pursuing CCP certification

Lead with expertise in compensation planning and make a significant contribution to the public service in Nova Scotia.
