Become a Visual Impairment Instructor focused on empowering adults in a rural workplace. This on-site position requires expertise in mobility assistance and effective communication.

This role demands a dedicated instructor with a Registered Apprenticeship certificate and at least 2 years of experience. Your responsibilities will revolve around guiding adults with visual impairments using effective teaching and interpersonal skills. Candidates must be willing to relocate and work on-site under demanding physical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver tailored instruction for adults with visual impairments
• Facilitate training techniques in various settings
• Manage equipment and support client mobility
• Communicate consistently with stakeholders
• Conduct necessary safety and background checks

Requirements:
• Completion of a Registered Apprenticeship program
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Necessary GDMI certification
• Must have transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Criminal record check completion mandated
