Play a key role as a Research Coordinator in the Tsang Laboratory Division of Cardiology at UBC. Your efforts will directly impact cardiovascular health research, working primarily on-site with one remote day available.

This position supports the MOSAIC study focused on integrating echocardiography and AI to improve healthcare across diverse populations in British Columbia. To thrive in this role, you’ll need to excel at managing multiple priorities, maintaining documentation, and effectively communicating with both staff and participants. This dynamic environment requires robust interpersonal skills and a commitment to ethical practices in research.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate participant recruitment and ensure informed consent processes
• Document trial activities, including ethical compliance and reporting




• Provide educational support to participants regarding study protocols
• Collaborate with clinical teams and manage day-to-day operations
• Develop procedures in line with ethical standards and regulations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with at least three years of relevant experience
• Experience in clinical settings, particularly patient-facing roles
• Proficient in database management systems and data accuracy
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information
• Proven analytical and organizational capabilities
