In this role, you will coordinate technical programs for AI-enabled medical devices. With at least 5 years of program management experience, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering and clinical operations. Your focus will be on aligning product development with regulatory requirements, ensuring milestones are met, and improving documentation practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support planning, scheduling, and tracking of AI device programs
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams for synchronized deliverables
• Manage project documentation and milestone tracking in Jira




• Prepare regulatory submissions and conduct design reviews
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders

Requirements:
• 5+ years in Technical Program Management
• 2+ years with regulated medical devices
• Coordinate multidisciplinary technical programs effectively
• Robust technical fluency with engineers and researchers
• Knowledgeable about medical-device development practices
