Organization Information Borealis Fuels & Logistics is an international company that distributes and sells propane (LPG) for domestic energy consumption. Borealis is one of North America's fastest-growing propane companies. Borealis’s customers are residential, commercial, and industrial consumers. Borealis is looking to add a motivated leader to the team to maintain the quality of service offered to our customers. Borealis’ primary objective is to offer the best full-fuel service and customer experience. We utilize technology, share accurate information, and respond promptly. Borealis performs service work, delivers fuel to customers, and has a network of bulk transport vehicles moving fuel across Canada and the USA.

Job Description Summary:

This position will be vital to the business's day-to-day and long-term goals. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and able to work in a flexible workplace. As Borealis is growing, successful applicants can grow with the company. The selected candidate will work with the corporate operations group and support Central British Columbia branch team members. Customer service is emphasized here as it is a key role for Borealis in our corporate and branch offices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Operations team and local branch office (Safety, Compliance,



ERP support, Projects)

Facilitate client requests and customer management within our ERP software.

Accounts receivable as directed

Assist staff in procurement through appropriate channels

Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis.

Maintain safety, inspections, maintenance and compliance records.

Maintain accurate and organized records, both physical and electronic.

Ensure compliance with record-keeping policies and procedures.

Facilitate communication within the organization and with external partners.

Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls.

Assist in HR-related tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee record maintenance.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Maintain office organization and cleanliness.

Qualifications:

Working knowledge of the propane industry is preferred

Safety, compliance and logistics experience

Strong knowledge of computers and cloud ERP systems

Communication and coordination skills required

Strong administration experience

Attention to detail and organizational skills required

Friendly and outgoing

Education/Experience Requirement:

High school Degree

University or college degree in business administration preferred

Job Type: Full-time work from our branch location in Quesnel or Williams Lake, B.C.
