Our team is passionate about leveraging AI to solve complex problems, enhance efficiency, and deliver significant value to our customers and clients.We're looking for an Agile Operations & Jira Specialist to drive how our teams plan, track, and deliver work across multiple projects and products. You'll own our Jira platform, coach teams on Agile practices, and enable cross‑team capacity planning — ensuring our development engine runs smoothly as we scale.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the configuration, governance, and optimization of the Jira environment (projects, workflows, schemes, permissions, automation rules)Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and filters using JQL to provide delivery visibility across teams and to leadershipDesign and enforce consistent standards for backlog structure, sprint boards, and issue hierarchies across projectsAutomate recurring workflows using Jira Automation, ScriptRunner, or similar toolsServe as the go‑to Jira expert: train teams, troubleshoot issues, and drive adoption of best practicesFacilitate resource and capacity planning across multiple teams and projectsTrack and visualize team velocity, workload distribution, and delivery forecastsIdentify bottlenecks, dependencies, and conflicts across teams and escape proactivelySupport release planning and coordination across the product suiteCoach teams on Agile principles and practices (Scrum, Kanban), tailoring the approach to each team's maturityFacilitate sprint planning, retrospectives,



cross‑team syncs where neededDrive continuous improvement of delivery processes and team ways of workingEstablish and track delivery metrics (velocity, cycle time, burndown) to inform team and leadership decisionsQualificationsAt Larus Technologies, we value diversity and inclusion in our workplace. If you're excited about this opportunity but only meet some qualifications, we encourage you to apply anyway.3+ years of hands‑on Jira administration experience (Cloud or Data Center) — configuration, workflows, JQL, automation, and reporting3+ years in an Agile delivery, operations, or coaching role working across multiple teamsDemonstrated experience with cross‑team capacity planning and resource allocationStrong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and their practical applicationExcellent communication and facilitation skills: you can coach a team and present to leadership equally wellBachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related fieldProven track record of successfully managing complex projects with strict deadlines and multiple stakeholdersMust be eligible to obtain Canadian Government security clearance (typically requires Canadian citizenship or permanent residency)Desired SkillsExperience working in an agile development environmentFamiliarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), particularly PI Planning and cross‑team coordination practicesExperience with other Agile scaling approaches (LeSS, Nexus,
