Position Purpose and Summary The Admissions Services Team (AST) Student Worker supports the Admissions Services Team by providing administrative and logistical assistance. Responsibilities include data entry, preparing mailings and/or email communications, and working within data and content management systems. Successful candidates should be skilled, eager to learn, detail‑oriented, and effective communicators.

Key Areas of Accountability

Data Entry and File Processing
Provide data entry support to the Admissions Team
Enter correct prospective student data into Excel and CRM.
Process current inquiries and applications to the CRM, update student files with documents, transcripts, etc.
Assist the AST to manage paper applications
Maintain confidentially about student information and follow information security procedures.

Prepare admissions letters and packages for mailing and/or shipping





Assemble promotional material for Travel Materials Requests

Provide general office support
May include filing, scanning, shredding, assisting with correspondence, preparing files for evaluation, etc.

Assisting the Admissions Services Team as needed.

Job Standards and Requirements

Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer operations; solid attention to detail
