We are seeking an experienced Automatic Revolving Door and Security Entrance Systems Manager to oversee installation and service while mentoring technicians. Successful candidates will drive growth and establish standards in this hands-on leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish installation and service standards for the recent division
Develop workflows and best practices for technicians
Coordinate installation projects from planning to completion
Train and mentor junior technicians as the division grows
Strengthen customer and supplier relationships across the GTA
Requirements:
5+ years of experience with revolving doors and entrance systems
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
Experience in project coordination and leadership
